SWEET AND SOUR CABBAGE WITH WURSTELS

We offer you a recipe based on cabbage, very economical and tasty.

Ingredients for 2 people

  • half cabbage
  • garlic, 3 cloves (but the quantity is at your discretion)
  • olives, to taste
  • sausage, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • half a glass of vinegar
  • a little bit of oil

Preparation

Cut the cabbage into thin strips.

Place the sliced ​​cabbage in a bowl to be washed.

Take a pan of adequate size, put a little oil and place the washed cabbage inside.

Add the chopped garlic.

Put the pot on the stove, close it with a lid and let it cook over low heat. When the cabbage has reduced by half, add the olives,

the frankfurters, the teaspoon of sugar and the vinegar and cook for another ten minutes

Here at the end the dish is ready.

This recipe can be enjoyed both as a second course or as a single dish.
